We’re a friendly, family-run Sussex removals and storage company that has been keeping its promises since 2016. Our crews are in customers’ homes every day, so we hire for character first — trustworthy, polite, careful people — then train the skills in-house. As a LAPADA Approved Service Provider and Checkatrade-verified team, we take real pride in doing things properly.
We take on experienced movers, drivers and packers, but removals experience isn’t essential — many of our team arrived from completely different backgrounds. What We Look For
Character first
You will be working inside customers’ homes, so trustworthiness, politeness and care matter more to us than a CV. We hire for this and train the rest.
Reliability
The crew needs you on time, in the right uniform, with the right kit. A removals day runs to a legal completion timetable — the whole chain depends on it.
Physical capability
The work is genuinely heavy. Stairs, tight landings and awkward access are routine rather than exceptional, and we will be honest with you about that at interview.
No experience needed
Many of our team arrived from completely different trades. Full in-house training and health & safety training come with every role.
Training Is on Us
Removals experience is welcome but not required. New starters train in-house across pad-wrap method, fragile handling, antique and fine-art care, inventory paperwork and customer service.
As specialists in antiques and fine art, we will teach you to handle valuable, delicate items with real confidence — skills that stay with you well beyond this job.
