These terms set out the basis on which Wolves Removals provides its removal, packing and storage services. Full written terms are provided with your quotation.
Quotes & Bookings
Quotes are based on the information you provide and any survey carried out. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of any agreed deposit. Please tell us about access, parking and special items at the quotation stage.
Insurance & Liability
We are fully insured with liability cover up to £10 million. At standard rates we hold no liability for goods in transit; full damage insurance for your goods is available for an additional 10% of your invoice total. Please ask for details.
Items We Cannot Carry
For safety we do not transport flammable liquids or gases, paint or oil. Please remove such items before your move.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards, cash on completion and BACS. We are unable to accept cheques.
Your Responsibilities
Please arrange any necessary parking permits or passes, and ensure access is available at both properties. Full terms and conditions are supplied with your written quotation.
